I have several hobbies that require removing and then replacing screws, bolts, and small hardware. I have used magnetic trays (small round ones and larger rectangular ones) for years, which all have the same problem - if you need to keep the screws/bolts IN ORDER they make it very difficult. And solutions that didn't use magnets were vulnerable to being dropped or turned over, which was a disaster. Enter Bolster. This is the best of both worlds; magnetic where it needs to be, secure everywhere, and easy to use to track the removal/reinstall order. I love it, and wish I had found it sooner.

Perfect size, very compact and useful with the magnetic tray and backing, also able to hang with the carabiner which can be fixed in multiple positions, so if you hang it off the wall or your belt loop, it's easy to configure for preferred use. I work on boilers so having a convenient spot to place all the bolts/screws & varied bits I need to use to disassemble/service a unit, this helps a ton. Visible in low light too which helps. No more plugging screws/bolts into a sheet of cardboard.
